Mr. Li is currently chairman of China Xi’an Changzheng Group, Xi’an Changzheng Group was established in 2004, is headquartered in Xi’an High-tech Development Zone, is a collection of business management, capital operations, project operations as one of the modern, diversified enterprise groups. Formed as a construction and real estate development company, Xi’an Changzheng Group has investments in construction, commercial property, real estate and hotels in China.

Adrian Bosher

Investment Director

A graduate of Waikato University, Adrian has an extensive history in international food and beverage marketing and management, managing operations focused on markets in New Zealand Australia and North America. In the past 10 years Adrian has used this knowledge to specialize in the attraction and deployment of capital from Asia to New Zealand. Adrian Managed the New Zealand Governments Food and Agricultureinvestment promotion activities working with Public and Private investors in South East Asia and China.Adrian has led investments totaling over $700mil US into the food and agriculture sectors.

Zhentao Yuan

Director

Mr. Yuan is the Managing Director of Spark (Xinghuo) Industrial Group Shaanxi, China.The Group was founded back in the early 1990’s. It now owns over RMB 4 billion (approximately NZ$ 900 million) assets and has over 1000 employees. Currently, the Group actively invests in real estate development, property managment, hotel, shopping malls and financial services in China and overseas. He holds Bsc in Economics at University of Warwick (UK) and Msc in Banking and International Finance at Cass Business School (London). Worked as a financial associate at KPMG UK headquarter in Canary Wharf,London.

Connie Zhao

Purchasing Manager

Connie has solid knowledge of NZ and Chinese markets achieved from previous work experience both in NZ and China. Currently, Connie is responsible for the co-ordination of CLY Groups procurement.

Wendy Shao

Human Resource Manager

Wendy Shao has more than 10 years’ work experience in HR management. She has been servered in many big companies as well as Chinese government. Wendy Shao is currently in charge of Administration, HR and Financial dept in Mountain Cook Shanghai.

Neal Guo

General Manager 

Neal was graduated from Xi’an University of Posts and Telecommunications. He gained years of experience in import and export trade with long-term employment in the managerial position of multinational companies. He has a deep understanding regarding sales and distribution in FMCG industry. Neal is currently responsible for business development in CLY Group Shanghai area.

Jerry Liu 

E-Commerce Manager

Jerry has 6 years experience in Tmall, JD.com, YHD.com. Alibaba group issued an “operation specialist” title for him. He was in charge of the online operations of many famous brands in China, including XingHuaLou, SUNYA, GODLY, SanYang, DaoXiangCun etc. Jerry is currently responsible for electronic commerce development in CLY group.

Eric Wang

Eric has more than  20 years sales experience in China, worked for several food MNEs including Häagen-Dazs and Ovomaltine, Eric is currently responsible for customer developing in CLY group Shanghai area.

Shan Li

Mr. Li is Mountain Cook (China) CEO. He graduated from RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology) Marketing. He has a very keen insight and clear development ideas about imported food trading market. He is fully responsible for Mountain Cook in China.

Peng Duan

General manager

He graduated from Melbourne, Australia RMIT (Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology University), a Bachelor and Master of Logistics Management Major international trade. During worked for Coca-Cola distribution center in Melbourne, Australia, is responsible for the import and export trade and logistics management business. He’s worked with several well-known FMCG company with six years, has rich experience in FMCG logistics industry. He is currently responsible for Mountain Cook (China) related businesses.

Cuixia Wang

Brand Operation Director

She has 8 years of experience in China Yum – KFC chain restaurant management, 8 years Baskin Robbins China (Shaanxi, Shanghai, Zhengzhou, Hangzhou) shop experience. She has been awarded the certificate of training for Baskin Robbins’ franchise management in US and Ice Cream Cake Promotion Operation Certificate in Asian (Dubai).

Jia’nan He

Area Operation Manager

He has 8 years of Baskin Robbins management experience, led the team to open Shaanxi Baskin Robbins ice cream more than 20 stores. He deeply understands food safety, chain store operation and management. He is currently responsible for the expansion of Mountain Cook ice cream shop, operation and franchisee training. Graduated from Hebei Agricultural University biological engineering major, senior Chinese public nutritionist qualification.

Fei Wang

District Manager

He has 4 years of Chinese Yum brand — KFC management experience, 2 years Haagen Dazs management experience. Strongly experience in chain management and team building.

Huanrui Zhang

Training Manager

He has many years of KFC and Baskin Robbins management experience, served as the training manager of Baskin Robbins. He is Shaanxi ice cream cake factory operations manager. Currently he is responsible for Shaanxi Mountain Cook store training stuff and new product development.

Longjiang Zhang

Ice cream Cake Operation Manager

He has many years of Baskin Robbins chain store operation and management experience, has won the Baskin Robbins Shaanxi cake promotion champion. He managed shop was named the best stores. He has extensive experience in the promotion of cake sales, is currently responsible for Mountain Cook ice cream cake system operation and management.
