Blue Star delivers the best vacuum sealed lamb directly from the New Zealand factory to China’s end consumers. The ways of cutting can be either in western style or in Chinese styles with a maximum package weight of 2.5kg, making our meat ideal for the different needs of end users like families, restaurants and hotels. Whilst most imported meat in China is currently re-processed and re-frozen, Blue Star can provide 100% New Zealand bred and packaged lamb, which not only ensures the fine taste of the meat, but also prevents the pollution and nutrition loss caused by re-processing in China.
Based on the principle of 100% NZ producing and packing, CLY NZ Group Ltd has taken the initiative in making an innovative Chinese style meat cutting, which is a modification of the traditional western style cutting, so as to satisfy the various needs of Chinese consumers
Modified Western Style Cutting
A Whole lamb leg is cut into halves and packed in separate vacuum bags and together have an extra outer package. In this way, the package keeps the original look of the whole lamb leg. Customers can also choose to either cook one half and leave the other half nice and fresh for the next time.
Because baking oven is rarely used in Chinese family so we developed this special cutting and packaging solution to suit the Chinese cooking style and kitchenware and save the trouble for our customers to cut the frozen leg.
